Campaign Period
The campaign runs until 23:59 on 31 December 2026. All entries from Blue Commitment contributions or valid Alternative Method of Entry submissions received during this period will be accumulated.
Eligibility
Individual Entrants — Individuals must be 18 years or older and may only enter in their own name.
Organisational Entrants — Organisations may participate by making Blue Commitment contributions. If an organisation is selected as the winner, the organisation must nominate two sharing participants, each of whom must:
be 18 years or older, and
meet all other eligibility and travel requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Employees, directors, members, partners, agents, or consultants of Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas, its affiliates, or any suppliers connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Donation Entry — Each Blue Commitment contribution (US$10) made during the campaign period generates one entry into the draw. Entries from additional contributions using the same entrants details are accumulated automatically.
Alternative Method of Entry with no purchase necessary — Entrants may enter without making a donation by mailing a handwritten entry to:

Each mail-in entry must include:
Full name (or organisation name + nominated representative)
Email address
Residential or organisational address
A statement reading: “I wish to enter the Blue Commitment Campaign. No purchase necessary.”
Each mailed envelope counts as one entry.
Machine-generated or bulk entries are not permitted.
Mail-in entries must be received by 23:59 on 31 December 2026.
Prize
The prize consists of a 7-night Raja Ampat liveaboard cruise for two adults aboard the Bajau boat, as follows:

Transfers between the embarkation/disembarkation airport and the vessel

Travel insurance

Any item not expressly listed as included
The cruise is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may only be used by the winning individual or the two individuals nominated by the winning organisation.
Raja Ampat cruises operate seasonally (generally December–March). The selected departure is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Prize Validity
The prize must be redeemed within 24 months of the winner being notified. Travel must take place within the operational Raja Ampat season.
The prize is subject to Coral Reef Safari Cruises terms and conditions.
Draw and Winner Notification
The winner will be selected by a randomised, computer-generated draw after the conclusion of the campaign period.
The winner will be notified by email before 31 January 2027.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.
Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas may request proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in disqualification.
Publication and Privacy
By entering, all entrants agree that—if selected as the winner—their name (or their organisation’s name) may be published on Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas websites, social media platforms, and media releases.
Entrants consent to receiving promotional email communications from Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas and may unsubscribe at any time.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the campaign.
Changes, Substitutions, and Force Majeure
If the specified cruise or intended dates become unavailable due to operational requirements, weather, safety concerns, or events beyond reasonable control, an alternative departure of equal value will be offered. No cash alternative will be provided.
Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas and Nomad Archipelago are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, airline issues, or political events.
The prize is accepted at the recipient’s own risk.
Disqualification
Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
provides false or misleading information
tampers with the entry process
attempts to submit mass-produced entries
behaves in a manner that undermines the integrity of the campaign
Right to Modify or Withdraw
Blue Alliance Marine Protected Areas reserves the right to alter, extend, or withdraw this campaign at any time without prior notice, where required or permitted by law.
