From Quolls to Hyenas, Seagrass to Whales, countless species are thriving, their home land-and-seascapes restoring, and as a result entire ecosystems returning to health across all continents! Rewilders are having a global impact; planting seeds of hope through a wide range of positive actions.

As part of following the progress of the Nature Transformation Fund, I visited two of the projects we support in Indonesia and India. These visits are a crucial way to understand how our partners translate finance into tangible environmental outcomes and how local communities, ecosystems, and science come together in practice.

Field Visit to the Banggai Islands
Our team recently had the privilege of welcoming partners from Milkywire, UK Blue Planet Fund, and BNP Paribas for a two-day field visit in Banggai, Indonesia. Together, we travelled from Luwuk to the remote community of Lumbi Lumbia aboard our low-impact ecotourism vessel, the Bajau, operated by Nomad Archipelago.
